DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING

Shipping may at times cause slight damage to plants, this is normal. If your plant arrives with anything more please send us a picture to admin@plantandleaf.com.au within 24 hours of arrival for us to assess. We may choose to resend or refund depending on the circumstances.

INCORRECT ADDRESS AND RETURNED ITEMS

Once an item is shipped we are unable to change the address - Please enter the details carefully.

If a package is returned to us (for example incorrect address or not picking up etc.) we are charged return fees by the carrier. If you would like it resent you must pay the additional shipping costs plus the fees charged to us. If you do not wish to have the package resent you will be refunded minus the cost of shipping, return fee and a $10 restocking fee.

We do not accept returns/refunds due to change of mind

MISSING ITEMS

If you think something is missing when your package is delivered, please send us a photo of the inside of the box showing the plants still wrapped up within 24hrs of receiving your package. It must be emailed to admin@plantandleaf.com.au
